This product would get a five star review IF I HAD RECEIVED IT. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.
I have used this product for years and consider it an almost essential part of my hair care routine. Cannot imagine having to get by without it.
I sincerely hope you really had the product in stock when you assured me you did and that somehow I will still receive it.
