I had a very bad experience with this company. I order the BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium-Plated Wet-to-Dry Ultra-thin Flat Iron, but instead I received the BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium 1½" Vented Ionic Flat Iron.
I contacted customer service multiple times by email and never received a response. There was no attempt to fix the issue, no replacement, and no refund offered.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Sending the wrong item is already a mistake, but ignoring customers afterward makes it worse.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
